get your own web page address in 24hrs to add it to your
regular Ad in the Newspaper. One more line in your Ad can be

How to list my property?

register and you might apply
for Free One Week Trial at the same time and the
same form, in 24hrs you will
receive your Own Web
Page Address and your Account Number, to be
able to list your properties using the
Upload Form.
Please have
the photos ready in the proper size and format, as you will be asked to place
their numbers in the Upload Form, in the same time
you can use your Default
Messaging Program in your PC to send them (the photos of the new
properties you are listing) as

How soon can I start

You may be able to start adding today if your payment is

Do I need any special
software?
No, all you need is a standard PC with an internet
connection and email address.

How can I
submit my ad's contents?
Three days
prior to every update you will receive reminder message,
and link to the Upload Form. You should have your
photos ready in the proper size and format in your
pc before you start filling the Upload Form, as you
will be asked to place their numbers in
Form, in the same time
you can use your Default
Messaging Program in your PC to send them as
attachments to
"look@myflat.org".

Is there a
deadline for my photos and
update form sending?
Your contents
can be mailed 24hrs as a deadline prior to your
agreed Update Time.
We prefer you send your contents earlier. |
When my
page can be updated?
Your page will be
regularly updated, completely or partially depending
on how many units were sold or leased. The update
will be done once a week for A & B packages, once every
two weeks for C & D packages, and there is no update
for package E. |
Will my ad "expire" if it's not updated on time of
update? Should I submit it again?
No. Ads do not "expire." There's no need to
resubmit. Ignoring our reminder email means that you prefer
to keep your page for
extended period of time
without change. |
Am
I required to send photos
with my update form?
Yes. If you change the advertised properties, you have to
mail new pictures, otherwise your description will
appear without photo.

I
can use the same photos with my
new properties?
No. Showing the same photo for different
properties will lose the reliability of your ad and
our website.

Which package is right for me?
This depends mainly on the average number of properties you
like to advertise, your preferences booking with the
newspaper, and your budget. If you think you are fairly selective, and
have plenty of properties to be offered, package
"A"
will be better. You will list 25 properties every
week, you will save € 220.00.
If you are advertising few properties for short term
business or have a tighter budget, then package "C" or "D" might be a better option.

Can I pay for my ad by a
method other than credit card?
If you prefer to pay by check or money order you may
do so. First, go online and create your account #
and property ad.
Then mail us your check with the ad account number
and name. Upon receipt of your check
we will activate your ad.

What are
your requirements for digital photos sent via e-mail?
Most photos taken with digital cameras will be 1-2
megabytes. Please do not
send a photos that are larger than 2 megabytes altogether, as these will
clog our systems. Use your computer to reduce the size of
your image.
We prefer you send your photos in "JPEG"
format, 200KB each, and you can
e-mail them all
together,
or consecutively. |
Should I "stuff" or "zip" my file?
No. If your file is the proper size (less than 300 kb)
and the recommended format (JPEG) then there is no need for
additional compression. |
I use an
online photo service. Can I just send you a
link to my photo?
No. Because of the volume of mail we receive, you must
send us the actual image file, not a link or other type of
file. JPEG (.jpg) files are the preferred format. Other
formats may not be readable. If an image file is not
readable, it will not be considered. |
Can I send you my
PowerPoint (or Microsoft Word)
document?
No. Images embedded in other files such as Word documents or
PowerPoint documents will not be considered. Use the help
feature of your program to help you get the images out.

Is there a way to send my
photo offline? Can several photos be sent in one
envelope?
Yes. Mailed photos

If you’re
sending several photos, we prefer you send all of your
photos in one envelope—just make sure that each photo has
the same number that you have mentioned in your update form.
You might print your
update form,
fill it, and send it with mailed photos in the
same envelop as well.

additional cost, if
I send my photo of line?
30% of the
subscription cost will be added, and collected with the fees.
